I never do this.  This is a first, but I thought it was worth a

chat…

Online Magic Forums:

I do not hang out in online forums.  Here’s why,

1)  They are an incredible time waster.  You could get lost in

a forum very easily when you should be rehearsing or booking

some shows.

2)  They are filled with fake “experts”.  Most of the guys

posting their opinions are not “players”.  They have made

up an online personality and that’s it.  They are NOT workers

and you should be VERY careful what advice you take from

them.

(I know many of these self-made experts and they are not

at all what they appear to be!)

3)  Many posts are just plain mean.  They are not coming

from a place of support.  Not my type of success strategies.

Now granted, and hear me well, there are always exceptions

to the norm.  There are some helpful people out there. 

Weeding through the noise is just not typically worth the

time invested.

A perfect exception to this is the Dean’s List –

My friend, Dean Hankey, keeps very close reigns on this

group and there is some VERY good info here.  But as

previously mentioned, be careful who you listen to.

So, Dean-O alerted me to this post on the Magic Café that

I’d like to share with you.  It’s actually pretty funny.  I’ll

let you know where I’m going with this tomorrow and there

is a serious lesson here for all of us to use in our own

businesses:   

To comment directly here, there is no Eric VERSUS Jack. 

We are friends.  We work TOGETHER!  In fact, he has

already booked me to speak at his next boot-camp and I 

am interviewing him tomorrow night.

I think you guys get it, but I just want to make sure it is

recorded here.

The next key point I want to make before I tell you my

strategy on this post here tomorrow is that it is all good

stuff!

Jack is a pro that knows what he is talking about.  Same

goes for Dean, Jim, Brad, Chris, Joshua, Cris, Tim, John

and many, many more.

These guys are out there in the real world working for real

people.

They have painstakingly recorded what works for them and

share it freely with you for a minimal investment.  If you

want to get their results, you must do what they did.  Pretty

simple.
